Winemaker Notes
The 2008 Arrowfield Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of classic Hunter Valley Semillon with high altitude, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.  Pale green in colour, this fresh, zesty wine shows lovely lifted cut grass and passionfruit aromas.  The mouth-watering palate is crisp and intense with persistent tropical and citrus flavours carried by the lemony acidity of the Semillon.  

Winemaking Process
Each parcel of fruit was picked at optimum flavour intensity and fermented separately at cool temperatures. After blending of the various components the wine was immediately cold stabilised, filtered and bottled to retain freshness.

Gourmet Notes
Whole wild barramundi stuffed with lemon and dill wrapped in foil and cooked slowly over hot coals.  Serve with home made chips and aioli.
