Max Paganoni currently owns and runs the highly successful Max’s Restaurant at Red Hill Estate, situated on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, which recently won the Great Wine Capitals Global Network Award for Best Winery Restaurant in Victoria.
Executive chef, Beth Taylor, is excited to announce a change in trading hours for Max’s Restaurant at Arrowfield Estate. From 1st January 2009 the restaurant will be open for morning tea every day from 10am. You can enjoy a light meal, while sitting on the decking overlooking a stunning view.
Lunch will be available Wednesday to Sunday - a seasonal menu matched with the award-winning Arrowfield Estate wines for a total food and wine experience. Beth suggests trying Max's new calamari dish – “It’s a treat for your taste buds, and works wonderfully with a glass of our newly released 2008 Arrowfield Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc.”
The lunch menu changes weekly so there will always be something new to try!
Every Friday night is now Family Pasta Night at Max’s. Gather the family and enjoy some treats from Italy.
