2006 The Grail Semillon CLEANSKIN DOZEN

The Semillon fruit for this wine came from old low cropping vines on the Arrowfield Estate vineyard in the Hunter Valley. This wine is starting to show some complex toasty, lanolin characters combining with flavours of lime, vanilla and cut grass and has a long and intense crisp lemony finish. With careful cellaring this wine will develop more complexity and weight over the next 5-8 years.
