How to Order
Ordering Online
If you are an Arrowfield Estate Corporate Member please make sure you Login with your username and password before you add any items to your basket.
step 1: adding items to your basket
Browse through the website to view our range of wines. To purchase multiple wines in a range simply enter quantities for each, then click one of the "buy" buttons to add the items to your basket. Click on an image to view further details about the wine. If you would like to add more items to your basket select the "continue shopping" button.
step 2: your basket
You can view the items in you basket at any time by clicking the "view basket" button at the top of the website. Check the items in your basket. To amend the quantity just change the number in the "Qty" box and select the "update" button. The basket will update your order. To delete an item from your basket check the "delete" box for the item you wish to remove and press the "update" button. Once you are happy with the items in your basket please press the "checkout" button.
step 3: checkout - billing & delivery details
Our checkout will prompt you to enter your delivery and payment details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the "submit" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.
step 4: order confirmation
It is important to confirm your order and payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "complete order" button. Your details will be saved for any future online purchases you make.
step 5 - payments by credit card (secure area)
In the bottom right hand corner of your browser you will notice a lock. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. Please complete your credit card payment details. If you make an mistake, the system will notify you immediately.
step 6 - order completion
Once you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If there is any problem please email us, or phone Kate Martin on (03) 9426 9000.
Fax or Phone Orders
Download an order form to place a Fax or Phone order with our Cellar Door and have your wine delivered to your doorstep.
