Delivery Terms

FREE Freight applies only if specifically stipulated in our special promotions and offers.

Delivery is available from 9am to 5.00pm on Monday - Friday only, throughout Australia.  We are unable to deliver to P O Boxes.

An option to pick up from our Cellar Door, cnr Hermitage Road and Mistletoe Lane, Pokolbin, NSW 2320 will be given during the ordering process. Please note that you will need to allow 1 business day for your order to be prepared for pick-up. You will not be able pay for your wines at Cellar Door. You will still need to complete payment online.

Please note that our definition of case is one case equals finished package whether it be a 2 pack, 6 pack or dozen.
