This Sparkling used a combination of cool climate shiraz from Orange and old vine Hunter shiraz. White pepper, and raspberry aromas from the Orange shiraz combine with the earthy, leather savoury characters of Hunter shiraz. These flavours carry onto the long, intense palate and integrate seamlessly with the soft savoury tannins. A complex sparkling shiraz which will reward further cellaring for up to 10 years.
